A formal quote will
be sent to you ,and once your bid is accepted, We will send you a singed and
itemized letter of agreement.
A 50% upfront deposit of the total cost is required prior to
the event (payable via our web site or by direct bank deposit ).The other 50%
will be charged upon your arrival at the hotel , or if you prefer you can pay
the total cost in advance instead of
making the half-payment.
